This unique pin is made with rawhide that is wrapped with dyed and flattened porcupine quills, the medicine wheels are then tacked down onto beaded leather. The pin is decorated with two strands of size 10 beads ended with parfleche feathers, and finished with a pin. The medicine is just over 1.5 inches in diameter.
